Our office requires a well presented and well-spoken Junior
Administration Office Assistant / Receptionist to assist with the day to day
duties of running our fast paced office located in Kew.
 
We are looking for a friendly, confident & organised person to
join our team and grow with the company.

What we are looking for in a suitable candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Sound Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Great organisational Skills
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
  • Confidence is a must
  • Available to work on a rotating after hours on call roster (work from
    home)

 
This role is casual / temporary with the opportunity to go permanent in the
future.
