The 120+ bed facility requires an experienced Facility Manager
to join their dynamic team.
Reporting the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be
required to provide strong leadership, co-ordination and direction across this
outstanding facility.

 This Aged Care industry leader has a terrific reputation
for providing first class accommodation and resident care, as well as giving
their team the scope and authority to run the facility to its maximum
efficiency.
 

For this role you already have:
 

• 
  Current Registered Nurse Div 1
  
• Previous management and leadership capabilities
  
• Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks with the ability to operate
  autonomously
  
• Manage and direct a team
  
• ACFI documentation requirements
  
• OH&S procedures
  
• Contemporary approach to Aged Care
