to be their new Clinical Manager.
 
Located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, our client, a leading Aged Care
provider is looking for a highly enthusiastic Clinical Manager to work closely
with the Facility Manager in providing excellence in patient care and superior
service.
 
As Clinical Manager, in consultation with the Facility Manager and an
amazing team, will provide clinical leadership in all aspects of the operation
of this 90 bed facility. You will need to work collaboratively with all levels
of management, clinicians, carers, residents and their families to facilitate
effective customer service.
 
 
Essential requirements:

• RN Div 1 registration with APHRA
  
• Working knowledge of ACFI standards and documentation
  
• Current National Police Check
  
• Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S and Risk
  Management
  
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

 
This 90 bed facility has a mix of low & high care residents, you will
be well supported with experienced DIV 1's and 2's whose ethos is all about
residents, service with heart and sees people as their best asset.
