leading not for profit Aged Care provider. They are seeking an experienced ACFI
coordinator to work at various sites both within Melbourne and also regional
locations.
Primarily you will be responsible for establishing systems to
monitor ACFI activity, identify risks and ensure maximum ACFI funding.
You will have previous working experience using ACFI
Documentation with a strong and sound leadership capability. You will also have
proven results in leading and motivating those around you in a consultative
capacity.

their team the scope and authority develop positive outcomes for
residents.
For this role you already have:
Current Registered Nurse Div 1
- Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks with the ability to operate
autonomously
- ACFI documentation requirements
- Contemporary approach to Aged Care
