Our client, a leading Not For Profit is seeking a DDON for their 120 bed facility which focuses on quality of care, incorporating best practice in all aspects of resident care.

You will be a dynamic leader, able to lead from the front, whilst also having the ability to train and delegate when required.

Working closely with the DON and CCC, you should have a genuine empathy for the elderly and be passionate about providing high quality care services. You will have a healthcare background that encompasses HR management, staff development, education and training along with recruitment.

Key competencies include clinical care management, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. You will have the passion to drive change, be strategic as well as hands on when required.

Mandatory is that you are:-

• Degree qualified in Nursing
• Current Registration
• Police checked with a valid (National) police clearance

As their new DDON, you will report to the DON and on occasions when the DON is absent, run the facility. At facility level you will lead the team to ensure the effective and safe operation of clinical and lifestyle programs at a 120+ bed facility.
