Widely recognised as an employer of choice, this Not for Profit Aged Care provider, located in close to the city, is looking for an experienced Aged Care Nurse to join the team and manage and lead the Care Team in the delivery of clinical, safety and lifestyle of its residents.

Whilst a large facility, you will be responsible for the 100 residents with a mix of low and high care.
You will work at 4 day week, Sunday through until Wednesday night, be in charge of Div 2's and PCA's as well as overall responsibility of the facility.

This position requires an excellent understanding of ACFI, assessments, care plans, Mandatory reporting as well as computer skills. Experience in leading teams would also be advantageous.

• Current up to date registration with AHPRA
• Acute or Aged Care experience
• Senior First Aid
• Manual Handling
