provider, located in close to the city, is looking for an experienced Aged Care
Nurse to join the team and manage and lead the Care Team in the delivery of
clinical, safety and lifestyle of its residents.
 
Whilst a large facility, you will be responsible for 38 residents with a
mix of low and high care including extra services.
 
This position requires an excellent understanding of ACFI, assessments,
care plans, Mandatory reporting as well as computer skills. Experience in
leading a small team would also be advantageous.

To be successful you must have:
 

• Current up to date registration with AHPRA
  
• Acute or Aged Care experience
  
• Senior First Aid
  
• Manual Handling
  
• Current National Police check
  
• Current Victorian driver's licence
