Reporting to the General Manager, you, as the Facility Manager
will be managing a 120+ bed facility located in Mornington.
Your function as the FM will be to oversee the entire function
of the facility from staffing, to budgets, to resident support and service. You
will occasionally even be on the floor keeping your "hand in" primary Nursing
function's.
This Aged Care industry leader has a terrific reputation
for providing first class accommodation and resident care, as well as giving
their team the scope and authority to run the facility to its maximum
efficiency.
For this role you already have:
Current Registered Nurse Div 1
Experience in setting and managing budgets & finances
Manage and direct a team
- ACFI
- OH&S procedures
- Contemporary approach to Aged Care
