facilities throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
 
 

Reporting the Director of Aged Care, you will be required to
provide strong clinical and operational leadership to multiple facilities.
 
You will be a natural leader, be able to instill confidence in
your team and be willing to provide support and guidance to various direct
reports. Working closely with the Director of Aged Care, you will align
operations with the Aged Care strategic direction of our client.
 

In addition to tertiary qualifications in a clinical health
discipline, you will also have proven sound management experience in a
multidisciplinary, multi-site health of aged care organisation. Post graduate
qualifications in Gerontology or similar would be highly desirable.
